Terms & Conditions

Yoda Guru Web Design's reserves the right to refuse the publication of any material deemed to be illegal, porno graphical, or offensive.

Yoda Guru Web Designs in no way has an agreement with any of the domain / web hosting companies that can or will be suggested to you. Their terms and conditions and that of any other web hosting company has it's own terms and conditions, and it is hereby stated that they may differ to that of Yoda Guru Web Designs.

The agreement shall continue until terminated by either party with a one months notification in writing to either party. Yoda Guru Web Design's may terminate their agreement at any time for breach of any of the conditions stated.

50 % of the quoted price will be asked for as a deposit to the project at hand. If the project at hand is terminated by you the client this deposit will not be returned. If at any time the project is canceled by you the client all monies owing for work done to date will have a 7 day account.

Yoda Guru Web Design's obtains the rights to change any of the stated conditions, in accordance to written warning to client.
